For this meeting, we invited a very special guest - Antigone Nastos!! Antigone started our meeting with an introduction to the concept of Dance As Oracle, discussing how to use dance to process and release trauma, or to go into a trance for divination. Then we opened the conversation to stories and questions from the Coven.
